Mary Bacon is a certified Life Coach and registered Personal Fitness Trainer with over 30 years of experience. Her business has led to many corporate speaking engagements, as well as being a media presenter on both national TV and radio programs.
Mary is often sought after by corporate companies such as Microsoft and Olympic medallists, such as Jana Pittman who represented her country at three Olympic Games, and is the first Australian woman to compete in both the summer and winter Olympics.
Her clientele over the years has also included mentoring and coaching CEO’s, training medical doctors and surgeons, physiotherapists as well as everyday people.

Mary has also written and published a book called Pregnant Fit and Fabulous: Your Complete Guide to Exercise Before, During, and After Pregnancy.
